Description
White cabbage comes from the Brassicaceae family. In the old days the cabbage was a highly respected food, as it was naturalized and made popular by European monks who investigated the alleged healing powers of the cabbage. The heads of the white cabbage are firm and smooth. They are about 1-2 kg. In addition, the cabbage is a very long lasting and easy to store Brassica species.
