Mild yet flavourful taste

Description
These top-of-the-line seeds offer high yields of small round celeriac roots, which makes cleaning it easier. Its white firm flesh is easy to slice and does not discolour when processing. The taste is mild spicy and very pleasant. It is bolt resistant, which allows a great harvest. It can be planted as early as June.
The roots can be stored for a long time in the cool cellar. The 'prince' variety is also known for the strong, spicy taste of the fresh foliage, which can be harvested as early as July (if you don't mind the small size of the roots). The leaves can be used as soup greens and taste great with fish and seafood dishes. The roots taste great with sweet and sour sauce and make a spicy salad. This variety can be grown outdoors, in a greenhouse or under foil.
