Description
Marigolds are beautiful, uncomplicated flowers that have an excellent reputation in naturopathy. The flowers have a spicy flavour and can be enjoyed in salads or baked into bread. They have an intense yellow colour that can be used as a substitute for saffron as a natural dye. Marigold can be used in butter, cheeses, fish, rice, soups, egg dishes and even cake.
