Kiepenkerl Rocket- "Speedy"

This breed combines the positive characteristics and the rapid growth of Salad rocket with the intensely spicy aroma of wild arugula. The first leaves can be harvested 4 to 6 weeks after sowing.

The flavor is nutty and aromatic and pleasantly spicy.

Grow in a window box or flower pot or in a heated greenhouse for a year-round harvest.

Site requirements:
Prefers full sun and a moist, nutrient and humus rich garden soil.

Tips:
Rocket is not just a spicy addition to fresh salads. The leaves can also be used for the preparation of herbal butter and sauces.
