Description

A nutritious vegetable that is rich in vitamin C and iron. The grass green, somewhat fleshy leaves taste spicy and peppery and are excellent in soups, sandwiches and dips. They are commercially grown in water, but can also easily be grown in your own garden or pots with plenty of water.
