Description
Can be used as "Baby Leaves". The mixture has a unique color with purple-colored leaves and bright green stems. The taste is simply delicious in fresh summer salads or steamed in a wok. Pak choi is rich in vitamin A and C, folic acid, calcium, iron and has high levels of antioxidants.
