Description
Recipe: Red Roasted Crostini:
- Take a medium sized beet and wrap in foil and bake.
- Let cook, peel and chop.
- Then mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and rosemary.
- Spread this mixture over sliced Italian bread, grill and serve.
