Description

Recipe: Red Roasted Crostini:

  1. Take a medium sized beet and wrap in foil and bake.
  2. Let cook, peel and chop.
  3. Then mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and rosemary.
  4. Spread this mixture over sliced Italian bread, grill and serve.
