Description
Very quickly growing, robust rocket with spicy leaves. Perfect for adding flavor and a bit of excitement with salads.
Recipe: Rocket and Fennel Salad.
- Wash the rocket, break into pieces and place in a salad bowl.
- Toss with oil and fennel.
- As a dressing, mix lemon juice, olive oil and parmesan cheese together and pour over the salad.
